I bought these right after Thanksgiving in 2007. They are were both 4 cylinder cars. The 88' Coupe has the engine and transmission installed and can be driven (not for long... hehehe). The 92' Hatchback had the engine and transmission already removed when I bought it. The Coupe is in the best shape with only a few cosmetic things to fix. The HB has some minor body damage like the rear driver's side quarter panel dented in and a few door dings down the driver's side. Update:
I have almost completed the
conversion. The car now sports a tubular K-member, full length sub-frame
connectors, upper and lower torque box reinforcement, a stout small block, C4
transmission with 3,000 stall converter, battery relocated to trunk and a ton of
other things. I will post a video soon.
